As President of Sales Training Werks and Sales Training Consultants, Alice is responsible for assisting organizations to drive sales 5 – 35%, improve employee retention, hire right the first time and build leaders within the organization. Alice also excels at designing high impact, high payoff 30 minute or less sales training meeting outlines with her 3E Sales Accelerator Technique for time-deprived sales managers who know training and coaching their sales team is paramount to success. Prior to Alice’s founding Sales Training Consultants in 1983 and Sales Training Werks in 2009, she led outside sales teams and call-centers for Harte-Hanks Communications and American Greetings, along with a career in sales and an educator in the public school system. Alice was selected for CrazyCalls' A Top 18 Most Influential Women in the Sales World (2019 Ready). Alice isn’t coaching, facilitating or writing workshops, you’ll find her honing her golf game, making jewelry, birding or hiking with her long-time significant other.
