Heather Williams is a former sales executive who successfully sold Operating Room Surgical Lights, Equipment Booms, Surgical Tables and designed Operating Rooms into hospitals and surgery centers in the Western region of the U.S. As Managing Director of Strategic Dynamics, Heather is responsible for revenue generation from all the company’s’ programs and services. She is an authorized partner with Wiley for Everything DiSC® and PXT Select®. Everything DiSC® helps people understand their own individual behavioral style and that of their co-workers, prospects and clients. This knowledge enables them to work more effectively together. In this role, she often supports the organization by providing a series of facilitator led programs designed specifically to meet the unique requirements of the client. These sessions can be half-day, full day or two-day programs. PXT Select®, is a Hiring Assessment Tool. This tool ensures organizations hire talent that will be good fit for their organization and perform in their job role. This EEO compliant tool is effective for any position within an organization. In addition, she is trained to sell and facilitate the Company’s latest workshops based off the best-selling book, “The Seller’s Challenge: How Top Sellers Master 10 Deal Killing Obstacles in B2B Sales” and their upcoming book that will be released on September 9, 2019 entitled “Buyer Centered Selling: How Modern Sellers Engage and Collaborate With Buyers.” These Workshops include Buyer Centered Conversations, Handling Customer Concerns, Selling to Multiple Buyers, Handling Your Price is Too High, Selling to Committees, Cross Selling and a myriad of other topics. All these programs can be delivered in 1.5-2.0 hours or combined into half-day or day long sessions. Heather is the co-author of “Selling to Hospitals & Healthcare Organizations: A Glossary of Business Acumen & Personnel.” She works within all industries. She is an alumnus of the Miller Heiman Group’s Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling programs. Heather has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University.
